Keyboard Trader® keyboards are available now!

Keyboard Trader® keyboards allow for strategically planned keyboard layouts, and are available from Bionic Trader Systems, LLC. We can discuss your trading requirements with you, and provide you a keyboard and keys you need to meet your trading needs.  The most appropriate layout of the keys on the Keyboard Trader® keyboard may be based on:

  • The number of contracts you trade at a time (during any given day)
  • Whether one of your contracts has a clear priority, or if multiple contracts are equally important for you
  • Whether you want to place orders for one contract at a time, or for multiple contracts at a time
  • How frequently you place or modify orders
  • Whether you have special types of order entry needs
  • What order conditions you wish to keep static, versus which ones may be dynamic.

Keyboard Trader® keyboard package

A basic Keyboard Trader® keyboard package is $399.  It includes the keyboard, set of engraved keys, and blank spacers as are shown above, as well as a key puller to relocate keys on the keyboard.  If you want to use different types of keys, you can make substitutions with other keys from our inventory.  You can also purchase additional keys for nominal charges.

SoftProg System Requirements and Installation

The Keyboard Trader® keyboards as shown above are manufactured by Access-IS.  In order to use a keyboard, it must be programmed using Access-IS’ SoftProg software.  Go to the Access-IS website to download SoftProg, to view minimum system requirements on SoftProg, and for basic installation questions:  http://www.access-is.com/softprog.php#installation

If you have questions regarding the installation or functionality of SoftProg, contact Bionic Trader Systems.  Simple installation or functionality questions are handled for free. 

For more complex matters, such as for advice on configuring a custom layout to better match your trading style, consulting advice is available at the rate of $150 per hour, billed in 20 minute increments.
